1.– Book the length of your stay.
2.– Pick your locker by size.
3.– Pay through our online payment gateway.
4.– Enter the premises using the door keypad with the security code you will have received in your email or WhatsApp number.  To access your locker, scan the QR code, and you will receive your locker number, which will open instantly.        You could also enter the Reservation ID if the QR is broken.
5. With this code, you can access your locker as many times as you like during the rental period, which covers the reserved calendar day, from 00:00 to 23:59 of that day. 
6. You can cancel or modify your reservation 24 hours in advance of the contracted date. Notify Jardines Lockers by email at info@jardineslockers.com and you will receive your refund using the same payment method, within 15 days.
7. If you exceed your reservation time, the system will ask you to update your payment to open your locker.

Jardines Lockers is protected 24/7 by video surveillance through Movistar Prosegur AlarmsWe are also fortunate to be 1 minute away from the Citizen Service Office of the Municipal Police of Madrid, South Central District, open 24 hours a day
(1 minute running, 3 minutes walking).

Your objects are protected by a civil protection insurance  (on presentation of a police report) with AXA insurance company.

The locker is a place of passage.
Your stay on the premises must be limited to the reasonable time it takes to load and unload your items from your locker.
You can browse the internet for specific queries, but this is NOT an internet cafe.
NO Smoking or Vaping of any kind, please.
NO eating or drinking, please do not litter.
You can’t rest.
NO items may be deposited for third parties.
Living beings CANNOT be stored.
Perishable or flammable products may NOT be stored.
NO illegal or explosive products/substances may be stored.
Cannot be recorded.

Yes, as long as the modification or cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start date of the service.
To cancel a confirmed booking, the user must contact Jardines Lockers by sending a written notification to info@jardineslockers.com.
If applicable, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 15 days from the moment of cancellation and only to the original payment method.
