How to use your locker

1. Choose your booking duration and locker size.
2. Complete your payment and keep your booking details.
3. Enter the security PIN sent by email and WhatsApp to access the premises.
4. Scan your booking QR code at the reader to check in. If necessary, use the booking ID indicated in your instructions.
5. Use only the locker assigned and opened by the system during check-in.

Never use a locker you find open

Do not put your bags in a locker that is already open unless the system has specifically assigned it to you. An unassigned locker is not linked to your booking. If you place your luggage inside, you may be unable to reopen it when you return.

Retrieving luggage from an unassigned locker may require remote assistance from our team. Immediate human assistance is not guaranteed, even though the automated facility operates 24/7. This may result in delays, so allow sufficient time before flights, trains and other commitments.

Responsibility for user errors

Jardines Lockers is not liable for damages, losses or additional expenses — including transport tickets and accommodation — resulting from user errors when operating the system, accessing the premises or using lockers, provided these issues are not attributable to the company.
